by Silvia Elias de Pullen who has established herself as the
leading broker in Puerto Vallarta. Silvia has consistently
kept up to date with Mexican foreign investment laws affecting
the local and national real estate industry. Silvia is constantly
attending workshops, real estate forums, congresses and specialized
diploma courses in Mexico City related to real estate, tax
and foreign investment laws.
Silvia has been
reelected as president of AMPI Vallarta for 2001 (Mexican
National Real Estate Association - Vallarta chapter); and
has also been elected as regional coordinator on a National
basis for AMPI national.
Silvia´s husband, David J.A. Pullen, who has as much
experience in the real estate field in various countries,
participates in the co-management of the firm. Both are FIABCI
members (International Real Estate Federation headquartered
in Paris) and NAR (National Association of Realtors) from
United States with over 700,000 members and David also holds
a real estate license from Canada.

David holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. He is a Chapter member of the Mexican Branch of the Certified Commercial Investment Members Institute (CCIM).
David has completed numerous graduate real estate Diploma courses from the top Mexican Universities, related to all aspects of Mexican real estate. He has also written real estate articles related to coastal Mexican Real Estate for local, national and international magazines and has been invited to speak at numerous International Real Estate and Investment Symposiums. David is considered nationally and internationally as an expert in all matters related to foreign real estate investment in the coastal areas of Mexico He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, FIABCI, AMPI-National and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.
David is presently the President of AMPI-Vallarta (Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, A.C) (Mexican Real Estate Board-Puerto Vallarta Section) and has held the position from 2007 until the present. He has also been recently appointed as the Director of International Relations to the Mexican National Real Estate Board.
